A golden peachy pink, Miss Amara is one you’ve gotta have in the garden. A rich golden honey color with touches of rose on petals that reflex back. She is more peach/pink earlier in the season and more golden yellow towards the end of the season. One of my absolute favorites and an incredible tuber producer.
